Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Wilmont Security & Technology's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wilmont Security & Technology from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.

Term Changes. Wilmont Security & Technology may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
